Julie Fredricks, Volunteer Manager: Having joined the staff in 1994, Julie is an "old-timer." Julie has a BA in Media Communications and Marketing. Kristina Herman, Volunteer Manager: Kristina counsels volunteers to select service programs that match their skills and interests. She has served on service programs in Minnesota, Ghana, Hungary, China, and Poland. She has travelled to Mexico and Costa Rica. Before joining Global Volunteers, she worked with Latino victims of domestic abuse.
