All our Country Managers and volunteer team leaders are trained and experienced in managing diverse groups of people. All have served on one or more volunteer teams, and have completed our intensive two-week team-leader training seminar in Minnesota. Further, all our team leaders are evaluated by the volunteers on each program, and must achieve an established level of performance in order to continue leading Global Volunteers teams. You'll receive program and contact information from Dorota approximately four weeks before your service program begins.

"Dorota is exceptional. She's kind, caring, accommodating, helpful, sympathetic…a wonderful leader and human being."
