At the invitation of local leaders, we return to the same host community up to 17 times each year -- year after year. Our unique methods of engaging and preparing volunteers ensure mutually beneficial catalytic experiences between the team members and local people in the host community. You are given the opportunity to become fully engaged immediately upon your arrival in the host community.
Global Volunteers is led by experts grounded in development and intercultural administration. This means:
